Third-party trademarks (Salesforce, HubSpot, and others) are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for descriptive purposes only.
When you submit a contact form on the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. The handling of personal data submitted through forms is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Site links to or relies on services operated by third parties, including HubSpot, Vercel, and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or terms of those services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
Content on the Site is general information and is not legal, financial, or professional advice. Any commitments Leadspot makes to a client are made in a written engagement agreement, not on the Site.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadspot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability arising from the Site, in the aggregate, is limited to one hundred euros (€100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
