Our story

From a Dropbox partnership to a team of twelve.

It started over a decade ago, when our founders first met building the operational foundations of Dropbox’s early marketing and sales engine. That experience, shaping go-to-market at one of the fastest-growing companies in Silicon Valley, set the foundation for a long-term partnership.

Over the following years, they took on executive and C-level roles across Europe’s most prestigious PE- and VC-backed companies. They advised, built, and scaled revenue operations, experiencing firsthand the challenges of complexity, fragmented systems, and misaligned teams.

That journey led to Leadspot. From two founders, we’ve grown into a team of twelve: strategists, data experts, Salesforce architects, and certified professionals, serving Europe and the US from across three continents. Together, we partner with ambitious companies to unlock growth at scale.

We don’t reinvent what works. The Leadspot blueprint has been tested across dozens of B2B GTM stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot, RevOps, marketing analytics), so you’re not paying us to discover what the category already knows.

We roll up our sleeves, get the system running, train your team, and hand it over. Most engagements include an explicit transition phase. You end up with documentation and confidence, not a dependency.

Simple beats sophisticated.

We pick standard components to the maximum extent and only build custom when the business problem actually requires it. Every piece of custom code is a liability you’ll pay for later. We know, because we’ve cleaned those up too.
